Aurex Constructors, renowned for its utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar plant projects in South Africa, is taking a bold step forward by integrating renewable energy engineering into its array of solutions.
The move reflects Aurex’s dedication to meeting the nation’s growing energy demands and adapting to the dynamic renewable energy landscape.
Having played a significant role in the renewable energy sector since 2012, Aurex has been actively contributing as a sub-EPC contractor for various PV plant projects.
Now, the company is poised for an even more substantial impact. This strategic expansion not only underlines Aurex’s commitment to comprehensive renewable solutions but also underscores its determination to shape the trajectory of clean energy.
In a major milestone, the Aurex engineering office secured its inaugural contract for essential design and cost analysis of three 75MW PV plants in July.
This landmark project not only holds the potential for ongoing collaboration but also includes subsequent phases encompassing detailed design and plant construction.
Stuart Kent, CEO at Aurex Constructors, expressed enthusiasm about the new direction, saying, “We’re thrilled to embark on this new chapter of our journey. Our focus is on enhancing our renewable energy offerings while contributing to local communities through job creation and skill development. Leveraging our experience, we’re committed to creating a more sustainable and eco-friendly future for all.”
With a proven track record and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Aurex Constructors is well-positioned to leave a lasting imprint on the renewable energy sector through its expanded services.
