LONGi showcased its latest Hi-MO 7 modules using HPDC cell technology, and the Hi-MO 6 modules designed for the distributed application scenarios, alongside a comprehensive range of product solutions at the ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week 2023 in Bangkok, Thailand.
With an impressive conversion efficiency of up to 22.5% and a maximum power output of 610 W, the Hi-MO 7 received significant attention from the visitors to the event. Its superior features, including conversion efficiency, power temperature coefficient, and reliability, contribute to reducing the LCOE for large-scale solar projects, delivering exceptional value and returns on investment.
LONGi also introduced the Hi-MO 6 modules, purpose-built for distributed applications, setting new global standards with a maximum efficiency of 23.2%. Based on measured power generation data, Hi-MO 6 products demonstrated an average gain of 6.6% and 1.34% over monofacial modules utilizing PERC and TOPCon cells, respectively.
Delegations led by the Thai Energy Commission visited the exhibition. Dr. Veeraphat Fuengfoo, the Permanent Secretary of the Thai Ministry of Energy, and his team explored LONGi’s booth, gaining valuable insights into the company’s presence and progress in Thailand. They acknowledged LONGi as the preferred brand among Thai investors. The discussions also delved into Thailand’s renewable energy FIT program, with LONGi expressing its unwavering commitment to bolstering the country’s renewable energy market.
