KEC International Secures $138 Million Power Transmission Contract For NEOM Project In Saudi Arabia

India’s KEC International, a prominent player in power construction, has secured a substantial $138 million contract for the development, supply, and installation of a 380 kV overhead transmission line within Saudi Arabia’s ambitious NEOM mega-project.

Vimal Kejriwal, the Managing Director and CEO of KEC International unveiled this significant deal, underscoring the company’s robust presence in the global power transmission and distribution sector. Moreover, the year-to-date order intake has surged past INR 75 billion, reflecting a remarkable 30% growth compared to the previous year.

KEC International, a flagship entity of India’s RPG Group, has played a pivotal role in powering various global mega-projects, contributing significantly to the transformation of the region’s energy infrastructure.
