ATW Receives ‘Ten Years of Steadfastness in Solar Energy’ Award from Tongwei for Leadership in PV Cell Manufacturing

In the backdrop of the ongoing global expansion of the photovoltaic industry and the rapidly accelerating pace of technological advancements, the 6th China International PV Industry Conference, organized by Tongwei, has emerged as a pivotal event in the Chinese photovoltaic landscape. This year’s conference, held from November 13th to 16th in Chengdu, Sichuan, underwent a comprehensive upgrade, solidifying its status as one of the most influential gatherings in the photovoltaic sector.

This automated production line integrates processes such as feeding, optional backside laser grooving, printing, drying, sintering/light injection sintering annealing (optional for TOPCON), and detection sorting. The production line stands out for its top-notch production capacity, precision, and compatibility. Leveraging advanced technology, its unique parallel design structure positions it favorably for the future demands of large silicon wafers and ultra-thin slices. Simultaneously, it achieves an impressive production speed through high-speed linear motor transmission and interactive movement on four platforms. The autonomously developed closed-loop control system significantly reduces the time required for cell transportation, offering customers a more efficient production solution. Additionally, its split-process action control and autonomously developed visual recognition and algorithms ensure high-precision printing quality.
