SECI Tender: Selection of Agency for 10 MW Solar PV Power Plant Forecasting and Coordination in Kolar, Karnataka

The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has issued an invitation for bids from eligible agencies, firms, and bidders for the tender titled “Selection of Agency for generation forecasting and load forecasting work, including coordination with BESCOM, KPTCL, DRDO/MES- 10 MW Solar PV Power Plant at DRDO Premises, Kolar, Karnataka.” Interested parties are required to submit their Techno-Commercial & Price Bids or proposals in separate sealed covers, clearly marked with the project details, to the specified address by 1400 HRS on January 17, 2024.

The contract duration for the project is set at three years from the date of signing the Contract Agreement, with the provision for a possible extension of an additional two years under the same terms and conditions. The Tender Processing Fee, a non-refundable amount, is set at INR 6,000 (Indian Rupees Six Thousand Only), inclusive of GST at 18%. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 47,000 (Indian Rupees Forty-Seven Thousand Only) is required, and a Contract Performance Security equivalent to 5% of the total Contract Value is also mandated.

The deadline for the submission of bids is January 17, 2024, at 1400 HRS, with the opening of Techno-Commercial Bids scheduled for 1600 HRS on the same day. The Financial Bid opening details will be communicated after the shortlisting of Techno-Commercial Bids.
