The Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has released a tender for the operation and maintenance of an 8 MW (AC) Grid Tied Ground Mounted Solar PV Power Plant at DVC Konar, Dist.-Hazaribagh in the State of Jharkhand. The bidding process will be conducted through e-Tendering, employing a “Single Stage – three envelopes basis” approach, followed by an “On-line Reverse Auction.” The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning, and a 5-year operation and maintenance period.
To participate, eligible bidders are required to submit a Bid Security or Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 42,20,787/-. The non-refundable cost of the tender documents is Rs 25,000/- inclusive of GST. Interested parties can download the tender documents upto 5th February 2024 at 10:00 Hrs. (IST).
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for 15th January 2024 at 11:00 Hrs. (IST), allowing for both physical and online participation. During the period from 30th December 2023 to 15th January 2024, bidders can submit pre-bid queries for clarification.
The deadline for uploading “Filled up Envelope2 (Excel Sheet) & Scan copies of all the supporting documents for Envelope2” and “Envelope3 (Excel Sheet) in Template Format” online, as well as the submission of hard copies of Envelope1 offline, is set for 5th February 2024 at 15:00 Hrs. (IST).
The bid opening for hard copies of Envelope1 offline is scheduled for 6th February 2024 at 15:00 Hrs. (IST), while the bid opening for “Envelope2 (Excel Sheet) & Scan copies of all the supporting documents for Envelope2” online is set for 6th February 2024 at 15:30 Hrs. (IST). The opening date for “Envelope3 (Excel Sheet) in Template Format” online will be notified later.
The On-Line Reverse Auction will commence two hours after the opening of Envelope3 (Excel Sheet). The L1 Bidder is required to submit hard copies of all documents for Envelope2 within 10 days from the opening of the Price Bid.
