ENERPARC AG has successfully obtained bridge financing for a diverse project portfolio comprising solar PV and hybrid projects, along with battery storage (BESS) facilities, totaling 325 MW in capacity. The financing was secured through a collaboration with the esteemed French investment firm, Eiffel Investment Group, with Capcora serving as ENERPARC’s exclusive financial advisor throughout the process.
The portfolio encompasses fifteen photovoltaic projects situated in Rhineland-Palatinate, Schleswig-Holstein, and Brandenburg. Ranging in size from approximately 6 MWp to 39 MWp, these projects are either nearing completion or already in operation, poised to be commissioned shortly. Leveraging various revenue streams, including feed-in tariffs under the Renewable Energy Act (EEG), innovation tenders facilitated by additional battery storage capacity, and several Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) featuring baseload and pay as forecasted offtake schemes, the portfolio projects are primed for sustainable growth.
