The Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TSREDCO) has issued an invitation for bids to establish two on-grid ground-mounted solar power projects totalling 1,000 kW capacity under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evam Utthaan Mahabhiyan Yojana (PM-KUSUM) in Telangana.
The project entails design, supply, installation, and commissioning, employing mono-PERC solar modules with sprinkler or water jet cleaning systems, along with pipelining for module maintenance, inclusive of comprehensive upkeep for a decade.
The last date for online bid submission is March 12, 2024, with bid opening scheduled for March 15. The minimum bid deposit is ₹9 lakhs, while the bid paperwork charge is ₹59,000.
The project sites are in Bhadradri Kothagudem district, Yelland (200 kW) and Kamar eddy district, Argonda (800 kW). The tender specifies land availability at 3.65 acres in Yellandu and 2.99 acres in Argonda.
Minimum eligibility requires technical proficiency in installing an 800kW solar PV project and a minimum annual turnover of ₹4.5 crore over the past five fiscal years.
Projects must be operational within 120 days of contract award, with key milestones including design completion (7 days), supply and structure installation (45 days), full erection (90 days), and synchronization (120 days).
The selected bidder must furnish performance and warranty guarantees for ten years for inverters and comply with Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) guidelines for solar module warranties.
