This agreement provides SolaREIT™ with an additional $30 million in liquidity, bolstering its capacity to scale operations and extend financing solutions to solar and storage developers. Notably, this marks the second revolving credit facility established with AUB, following a previous $15 million arrangement unveiled last year.
