CI Renewables and NJR Clean Energy Ventures Join Forces for Large-Scale Solar Projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region

CI Renewables LLC (CI), a prominent developer and proprietor of large-scale commercial and industrial solar power facilities, has forged a strategic partnership with NJR Clean Energy Ventures (CEV), the renewable energy arm of New Jersey Resources . This collaboration aims to jointly develop commercial and industrial solar power projects across the mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

Specializing in commercial and industrial-scale solar power generation since 2010, CI boasts expertise in engineering, construction, and operation, serving prestigious companies, institutions, and governments worldwide.

Joshua Smith, Managing Partner of CI, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to join forces with NJR Clean Energy Ventures to embark on the next phase of our large-scale solar project development. CEV brings to CI a reliable, well-capitalized partner with extensive experience in solar project construction and operations.”

CEV stands as one of New Jersey’s largest solar owner/operators, with investments exceeding $1.2 billion in solar projects spanning six states. Maintaining a portfolio of around 470 MW of installed capacity, CEV supplies clean energy equivalent to powering 70,000 homes and businesses annually.
