In a night of SolarQuarter Leadership Summit Middle East 2024 event’s recognition and celebration at the Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan on 16th May, the SolarQuarter Customer’s Choice Awards 2024 – Middle East honoured industry leaders for their commitment to excellence.
Sungrow Middle East DMCC emerged as the celebrated winner of the Best in After Sales category. This accolade was in recognition of their exemplary after-sales service, including installation, commissioning, and warranty support. In 2023, Sungrow notably handled a total shipment volume of approximately 4 GW, which included major projects like the 2.1 GW installation in Abu Dhabi and the 1.6 GW Sudair project in Saudi Arabia.
These projects utilized Sungrow’s globally renowned SG250 HX string inverters and SG3125 central inverters, illustrating the brand’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology and robust product support. Sungrow’s smart O&M capabilities were also highlighted, showcasing their advanced troubleshooting and monitoring technologies that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
