The Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) is soliciting bids from eligible bidders through e-Tendering mode, utilizing a “Single Stage – three envelopes basis,” followed by an “On-line Reverse Auction.” The project entails the “Demarcation of boundary of land owned by Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) near Barhi, Dist. Hazaribagh, Jharkhand, including Topographic Survey and Geo-Technical Investigation work for setting up of Ground Mounted Solar PV Projects.”
The last to submit bids is May 27, 2024, with bid opening schedule for the following day.
Bidder must submit Bid security/Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 47,767.
The cost of tender documents (non-refundable) is Rs 1,000.
The bidder must demonstrate a track record of successfully executing Demarcation of land boundary, Topographical Survey, and Geo-Technical Investigation work in DVC/Central Government Departments/State Government Departments/PSUs within the last 7 (seven) years, up to the end of the month prior to the one in which the offer is solicited.
The bidder must provide a certificate confirming the successful completion of both Demarcation of land boundary and Topographical Survey work on a single parcel of land/forest covering not less than 100 acres. Additionally, the bidder must submit a certificate demonstrating the successful completion of Geo-Technical Investigation work.
The bidder’s average annual turnover for the past 3 financial years must not fall below Rs 7,16,500/- only.
Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the closing date specified by the Employer for bid submission. Any bid with a validity period shorter than this will be deemed nonresponsive and rejected by the Employer.
The Bidder is responsible for covering all expenses related to the preparation and submission of their Bid. The Employer will not be accountable for these costs under any circumstances, irrespective of the Bidding process’s conduct or outcome.
