Ministry of Railway invites tender for provision of solar power plants on stations service buildings & platform sheds over Kota division (Phase-I).
The scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply and Installation and Transportation of Mono-Perc (Monocrystalline) Grid – Tied Roof-Top Solar PV Power Plant Single phase / Three phase with warranty.
The last date to submit the bids is May 20, 2024.
Bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 2,65,600.
The bidder must have accomplished or substantially accomplished any one of the following categories of work(s) within the past seven years, up to the last day of the month preceding the invitation of the tender:
- Three similar works, each with a cost not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, or
- Two similar works, each with a cost not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or
- One similar work with a cost not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
Work experience certificates from private individuals will not be taken into consideration. However, alongside work experience certificates issued by any government organization, certificates from public listed companies meeting the criteria of having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore or more in the last three financial years (excluding the current one), being listed on either the National Stock Exchange or the Bombay Stock Exchange, and having been incorporated/registered at least five years prior to the tender’s closing date, will also be accepted. These certificates must be issued by an individual authorized by the respective public listed company to issue such certificates.
