Mr. Paithankar brings over two decades of extensive experience in fostering growth, spearheading innovation, and embedding sustainability into business practices.
In his new capacity as CEO, Mr. Paithankar is set to leverage his vast experience and leadership skills to propel Waaree Energies Ltd forward in the competitive renewable energy market. His strategic vision includes onboarding specialized expertise and focusing on sustainable innovation to ensure the company remains adaptive and efficient in meeting the demands of the evolving solar industry.
Prior to his new role at Waaree, Mr. Paithankar held significant positions, including that of Managing Director for South Asia at Emerson Electric Co. (India) Pvt. Ltd. His academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering complemented by a Master of Business Administration.
