Prime Minister Engineer Hussein Arnous oversaw the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) during the Second Conference for Investment in the Electricity Sector.
The MoU, between Syria’s Ministry of Electricity and a private sector investor, outlines plans for two renewable energy projects.
These projects aim to generate 100 megawatts from solar energy and 50 megawatts from wind energy, marking significant strides towards enhancing Syria’s renewable energy capacity.
