North Central Railway Announces Tenders for 7 MWp Rooftop Solar Power Capacity in Prayagraj Division

The North Central Railway’s Prayagraj Division has announced two separate tenders for the installation of rooftop solar power plants aimed at boosting sustainable energy infrastructure within the region.

The first tender involves the provision of a 4.5 MWp rooftop solar power plant, with an earnest money deposit requirement of โ‚น13,22,200. The second tender is for the provision of a 2.5 MWp rooftop solar power plant, requiring an earnest money deposit of โ‚น8,10,600. Both tenders emphasize the need for satisfactory execution of work related to the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) solar power plants.

Interested bidders must ensure that their offers remain valid for a period of 60 days from the date of submission. The completion period for the projects is set at six months from the date of award.

The closing date and time for both tenders have been scheduled for August 12, 2024, at 15:00 hours. Companies and contractors with relevant experience and capabilities in the solar power sector are encouraged to participate in these tenders to contribute to the region’s sustainable development goals.
