AAI Invites E-Tenders for Solar Power Plant Maintenance at NSCBI Airport

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has announced a call for e-tenders through the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPP) for the comprehensive maintenance, operation, and monitoring of a 2MWp rooftop solar power plant at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International (NSCBI) Airport, Kolkata. The contract, estimated at Rs. 87,11,766 (excluding GST, EPF, ESIC, reimbursement of minimum wages & bonus), spans from 2024 to 2027.

Submission Requirements: Bidders must submit two envelopes online:

  • Envelope-I: Includes tender processing fee, EMD, technical bid, and pre-qualification documents such as PAN, GST registration, and various financial and technical certifications.
  • Envelope-II: Contains the financial bid.
