SolaREIT Secures Long-Term Financing with MetLife Investment Management to Expand Solar and BESS Real Estate Solutions

SolaREITโ„ข, a renewable energy real estate investment firm, announced the successful closing of a long-term financing facility with MetLife Investment Management (MIM), the institutional asset management arm of MetLife, Inc. This new debt facility marks a key milestone for SolaREIT as it expands access to real estate lease financing solutions for solar and battery storage (BESS) developers. Designed to be repeatable and scalable, the facility enables SolaREIT to optimize its capital structure and offer competitive financing options to developers nationwide.
