South East Central Railway has announced an open bidding tender for the installation of rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on service buildings, station buildings, and residential buildings within the Bilaspur division. The tender, valued at ₹88,331,820.50, aims to enhance sustainable energy solutions in the region under a Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) model.
The bidding process will open on September 26, 2024, and will close on October 10, 2024, at 15:00. There will be no pre-bid conference for this tender. Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals in a single packet system.
Key financial details include an earnest money deposit of ₹591,700.00 and a contract completion period of 12 months. Tender documents are available at no cost, and offers must remain valid for 45 days following the closing date.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria, including a minimum average annual contractual turnover calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for project completion. Documentation requirements include audited balance sheets and certificates of contractual receipts from previous employers.
