MEDA Invites Bids for Rs. 6.02 Crore Solar PV Installation Project at Police Stations in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) has issued a tender for the installation of solar power plants across police stations in Gadchiroli and Bhandara districts. The project involves the survey, design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of a 1095 KW grid-connected solar PV system. This includes rooftop and ground-mounted installations at 32 police stations in Gadchiroli and 7 in Bhandara.

The estimated cost of the project stands at Rs. 6.02 crore, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 6.02 lakh required. Bidders will also need to submit a 3% security deposit of the contract value via RTGS/NEFT. The cost of the tender document is Rs. 29,500, inclusive of GST.

The tender document is available for purchase from September 20, 2024, at 11:00 AM until September 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Prospective bidders can submit queries via email until September 22, 2024. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2024, at 3:00 PM.

The deadline for submission of tenders is September 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM, with the bids set to be opened on September 27, 2024, at the MEDA office in Pune.
