The sale includes the 50 MWp “Perrinpit Road” solar park, developed in partnership with Grüne Energien Solar. The remaining three projects are ready for construction, which will begin this year:

Driffield**: A 48 MWp solar park located around 50 km east of York, also featuring a 30 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) to be built by Octopus.

South Fambridge Hall**: A 52 MWp solar park in Rochford, Essex.

Corner Copse**: A 72 MWp solar park near Swindon, Wiltshire.

BayWa r.e. will manage the construction of these three projects under an EPC contract. The company has also secured 20-year agreements to provide long-term operations, maintenance, and commercial asset management services. Currently, BayWa r.e. oversees more than 1.8 GW of renewable energy in the UK, including over 835 MW of ground-mounted solar.
