Premier Energies Announces 1 GW Solar Topcon Module Facility In Telangana

Premier Energies has announced plans to establish a 1 GW Solar Photovoltaic TOPCon Module manufacturing facility. The decision was approved by the Capex Committee of Directors and the Board of Directors of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Premier Energies Global Environment Private Limited.

The facility will be set up at EMC Maheeshwaram, Telangana, on leasehold premises owned by Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). The project is scheduled for completion by March 2025. This new manufacturing facility is an addition to the companyโ€™s planned capacity as outlined in its offer document.

In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has made this announcement as part of its commitment to transparency and disclosure obligations.

Additionally, Premier Energies has informed that the trading window for the companyโ€™s securities will remain closed from December 13 to December 15, 2024. Trading activities will resume on December 16, 2024.

This initiative reflects the companyโ€™s commitment to expanding its solar manufacturing capabilities and contributing to the renewable energy sector. Stakeholders have been requested to take note of the developments and record the information.
