Kinergy Advancement Bhdโ€™s (KAB) wholly owned subsidiary, KAB Energy Holdings Sdn Bhd (KABEH), has partnered with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak (PKNPk) to develop 29 potential renewable energy projects in Perak, with a combined capacity of over 1,800 megawatts (MW).

In a joint statement, both parties announced their collaboration to identify, evaluate, and develop renewable energy initiatives, leveraging KABโ€™s technical expertise to drive innovation in the sector.

The initiative aligns with Perak Sejahtera 2030โ€™s Flagship 12: Water Resources and Renewable Energy, aiming to enhance energy resilience within the state while contributing to Malaysiaโ€™s broader sustainability and renewable energy goals. The statement highlighted that the partnership supports efforts to increase water resource efficiency and promote renewable energy adoption.
