Among these projects, 18 are dedicated to commerce, services, and tourism; 14 focus on construction and real estate; nine are in energy and renewable energy; another nine target manufacturing; and five are in agriculture.

As part of its vision to become Vietnam’s renewable energy hub, the province is prioritizing projects that integrate coastal tourism, marine services, and offshore renewable energy development. Key areas of focus include coastal industrial zones, marine aquaculture, maritime economy expansion, and marine mineral resource exploitation.

Ninh Thuận is also advancing its green energy ambitions by promoting green hydrogen production using locally sourced renewable energy. These initiatives align with Vietnam’s COP26 commitments to sustainable energy transition.

The province has identified strategic investment priorities, including the Cà Ná Logistics Centre and inland port, the Cà Ná fuel storage depot, and the Green Technology and Post-salt Chemical Complex.

Urban development is another key focus, with Ninh Thuận aiming to establish 12 urban areas by 2030. This includes six coastal cities—Phan Rang-Tháp Chàm, Vĩnh Hy, Thanh Hải, Khánh Hải, Sơn Hải, and Cà Ná—designed as tourism-integrated urban hubs to enhance domestic and international appeal.

By fostering investment in infrastructure, renewable energy, and tourism, Ninh Thuận aims to strengthen its economic resilience while positioning itself as a leader in Vietnam’s green energy transition.
