Asthan Solarpark Development Company Limited, a government undertaking in Rajasthan, has issued a notice inviting online tenders for the construction of a power evacuation system to support the development of a 2,450 MW solar park at Pugal I, Bikaner. This project will include grid sub-stations and associated transmission lines under three different lots. The tender includes all aspects from survey and design to supply, erection, testing, and commissioning, as well as the necessary civil works. The work will be done on a turnkey basis following the specifications mentioned in the tender documents.
The online tender can be accessed and downloaded from April 9, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The last date and time for submission of the online bid through the e-procurement portal is 13th May 2025.
The project is divided into three lots. Lot 1 includes one 400/132 kV sub-station with four 315 MVA transformers and one 132/33 kV sub-station with six 100 MVA transformers, along with two additional 132/33 kV sub-stations with three 100 MVA transformers each. This lot also involves associated 400 kV and 132 kV transmission lines. Lot 1 is identified by the Unique Bid Number (UBN) REC2526WLOB00003.
Lot 2 includes the construction of another 400/132 kV sub-station with four 315 MVA transformers and two 132/33 kV sub-stations, each equipped with six 100 MVA transformers. This lot also covers associated 400 kV and 132 kV lines and is listed under UBN REC2526WLOB00004.
Lot 3 focuses on two 220/33 kV sub-stations, each with three 80 MVA transformers, along with the construction of related 220 kV lines. This lot is listed under UBN REC2526WLOB00005. All interested bidders must submit their proposals online as per the guidelines in the tender documents.
