Tigo Energy Showcases Solar-Centric Home Energy Innovations at Intersolar Europe 2025

Tigo Energy, Inc., a global leader in intelligent solar and energy software solutions, will spotlight its latest solar-driven technologies at Intersolar Europe 2025, taking place May 7–9 in Munich. The company is unveiling the Tigo GO Junction, a powerful new device designed to enhance the EI Residential solar ecosystem by integrating solar generation, energy storage, and smart heating management.

As solar energy becomes the cornerstone of Europe’s clean energy transformation, Tigo’s expanded platform aims to help homeowners maximize solar self-consumption and efficiency. With Germany leading the way—over one million heat pumps installed in the past five years and an estimated 10 million by 2030—the need for intelligent solar-to-heat integration is more critical than ever. The GO Junction enables just that, connecting third-party heat pumps to solar-powered systems, enabling smarter energy flows and reduced reliance on fossil-fueled heating.

“Connecting the heat pump to solar was a natural evolution. Our customers want to use more of their own solar power,” said Georg Kreitmair, Managing Director of Weiss-Blau GmbH, a certified Tigo installer in Germany. “The GO Junction gives us the missing link to offer a complete, solar-powered home energy solution that’s reliable, efficient, and simple to install.”

At the event, Tigo will present a fully functional EI Residential system, which integrates:

TS4 Flex MLPE for optimization, monitoring, and safety

Single- and three-phase inverters

Modular battery storage

EI Link, which unifies all cabling, communication, and backup features

Also on display are two critical ecosystem expansions:

The GO Junction, linking solar to home heating systems for a fully solar-centric energy model

“The GO Junction is our response to installer demands for a truly solar-powered home energy system,” said Mirko Bindi, Senior VP of Sales EMEA & MD Europe at Tigo Energy. “Every innovation we bring forward, from solar modules to energy management software, reflects our Total Quality Solar (TQS) commitment—to ensure high performance, simplified installation, and long-term reliability.”

Tigo will also debut the TS4-X, the next generation of its TS4 Flex MLPE product line. Designed for high-power PV modules, the TS4-X combines solar optimization, monitoring, and rapid shutdown features, all accessible through Tigo’s Energy Intelligence software. This platform gives both installers and homeowners advanced control over solar performance and system-level energy insights, including Reclaimed Energy metrics.

Tigo’s expanded portfolio reinforces solar as the backbone of modern home energy systems—smart, scalable, and essential to accelerating the global energy transition.
