At the heart of Arctech’s exhibition were its advanced single-axis trackers—SkyLine II and SkySmart II—renowned for their multi-point drive mechanisms, superior torsional resistance, and AI-enhanced power generation capabilities. Engineered specifically for Europe’s diverse and demanding climates, the trackers aim to maximize energy yields while ensuring system durability and stability.
A key highlight was the revolutionary Cable Tracker, designed with a spatial cable-net structure that can withstand wind speeds of up to 56 m/s. Its 35-meter single-span design reduces the number of foundations by 60%, and its wireless multipoint drive achieves a ±60° rotation precision. Equipped with Arctech’s patented four-cable design and self-balancing sliding connections, the system ensures optimized load distribution and operational reliability.
The Cable Tracker also integrates seamlessly with Arctech’s AI-driven monitoring platform for real-time tension, vibration, and energy data. Capable of adapting to extreme terrains such as slopes, mining pits, deserts, and water surfaces—including agrivoltaics and floating PV—the system delivers industry-leading ground clearance of up to 10 meters.
Smart Cleaning Integration
Also featured was the Tracker+ Intelligent PV Cleaning Robot StarShine I, which utilizes autonomous navigation and AI-based path correction to maintain panel cleanliness. Fully compatible with Arctech’s trackers, the robot enhances energy generation by ensuring optimal surface conditions year-round.
Energy Storage Innovations Aligned with Europe’s Grid Goals
In alignment with Europe’s energy transition goals, Arctech unveiled its Green Power+ platform—highlighted by the ArcBank and ArcTank BESS solutions. Engineered with proprietary Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Energy Management Systems (EMS), these storage systems are tailored for both utility-scale and commercial & industrial applications, emphasizing safety, durability, and financial viability.
Strategic Partnerships to Accelerate Renewable Deployment
Underscoring its commitment to regional collaboration, Arctech signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the event with Econergy, a prominent international independent power producer (IPP), for the supply of solar trackers for a 108MW project in Romania.
With a proven track record of over 1.3GW in deliveries across Europe, Arctech aims to leverage this agreement to further support Romania’s energy transition efforts.
