Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RRVUNL) has released a tender for consultancy services aimed at designing a land bank for the development of 32 GW of solar parks. The project includes creating a kmz layout and carrying out all associated work on an end-to-end basis as detailed in the scope of work. The consultancy services will focus on government-identified land, and the tender process is being conducted under specific rules of the RTPP Rules, 2013. This particular tender is being managed by the Superintending Engineer (NPP) from the RRVUNL office located in Jaipur.
The tender document became available for download on July 22, 2025, at 1:00 PM, which also marked the beginning of the bid submission process. Interested bidders are required to submit the physical copies of the Processing Fee and Tender Fee by July 29, 2025, at 1:30 PM. These documents must be submitted at the office of SE(NPP), RRVUNL, located on the 5th floor, Hall no. 01, LIC building, DC-03, Lal Kothi Scheme, Jaipur โ 302015. The last date and time for submitting the online bid and downloading the documents is July 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for July 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
In terms of the fee structure, bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Processing Fee of โน2,500. This should be paid via Demand Draft addressed to the Managing Director, RISL, Jaipur, and payable at Jaipur. Additionally, a non-refundable Tender Fee of โน5,000, plus 18% GST, making a total of โน5,900, is also required. This fee can be paid using a Demand Draft, Bankerโs Cheque, or through a digital payment receipt, and it must be made in favor of Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam, payable at Jaipur.
The contract period for the consultancy services is six months from the date of issuance of the Letter of Intent (LoI). The notice does not provide details regarding Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) amounts, which typically accompany such tenders. Instead, it places focus on the submission of processing and tender fees.
