Alpex Solar Q1 FY26: Revenue Jumps 397% YoY to ₹382.6 Cr, PAT Surges 3,888% to ₹42.3 Cr

Alpex Solar Ltd has reported exceptional growth in its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with sharp increases across all key performance indicators.

Net profit after tax (PAT) for Q1 stood at ₹42.29 crore, marking a 3,888 percent jump from ₹1.06 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations rose 395 percent year-on-year to ₹380.32 crore, while total income climbed 397 percent to ₹382.58 crore, driven by robust solar module sales and higher realisations.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) reached ₹57.39 crore, a 1,058 percent rise from the previous year. Profit before tax increased 3,753 percent to ₹57.40 crore. Basic earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹17.28, compared with ₹0.43 in Q1 FY25.

In line with its expansion strategy, the Board has approved the establishment of a new 1.2 GW solar module manufacturing facility at Kosi Kotwan, Uttar Pradesh, with an investment of ₹110 crore. The facility is scheduled for commissioning in FY 2026-27, which will raise the company’s total manufacturing capacity to 3.6 GW — comprising 1.2 GW currently operational at Unit I, 1.2 GW to come online at Unit V in FY 2025-26, and the newly announced line.

The capacity expansion aligns with Alpex Solar’s objective to meet rising demand for solar modules amid favourable government policies for renewable energy and a growing global market for clean energy solutions. The company expects to sustain its high growth trajectory, supported by a strong order book and ongoing advancements in module efficiency.
