Pahal Solar Private Limited has confirmed a major order for 112 MW of 600Wp NDCR solar modules with a reputed client based in South India during Day 1 of the REI (Renewable Energy India) Expo in October 2025.
This strategic deal further solidifies Pahal Solar’s leadership in the premium module segment with advanced technology, including AI-enabled manufacturing and TOPCon bifacial panels.
Future Expansion and Bhoomi Poojan Update; Pahal Solar recently conducted the bhoomi poojan (ground-breaking ceremony) for its ambitious expansion: a 2GW solar cell facility and a 2GW aluminum frame facility in Surat, Gujarat on October, 2025.
The new plant will use advanced AI-based analytics and precision systems to enhance quality and manufacturing efficiency, and aims to begin 2GW module production within this year.
With this, Pahal Solar’s total manufacturing installed capacity will scale up to 4.4GW in the current fiscal year, consolidating its national leadership in the module and component space.
