Envision Energy and ACWA Power Sign Seven-Year Framework Agreement to Accelerate Renewable Energy Development Across Asia and the Middle East

Envision Energy, a global leader in green technology, has announced the signing of a seven-year Framework Agreement with ACWA Power, the world’s largest private water desalination company and a leading player in the global energy transition and green hydrogen development.

Under the agreement, Envision Energy will collaborate with ACWA Power on upcoming renewable energy projects in Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, and other key markets across Central and Eastern Asia. The partnership provides a comprehensive framework for advancing renewable energy deployment through wind turbine supply, technology cooperation, and long-term operations and maintenance services.

The collaboration is designed to drive innovation in wind turbine performance, enhance efficiency and safety, and strengthen local manufacturing capabilities. In Saudi Arabia, Envision Energy and its joint venture partner will establish local production facilities for key wind turbine components and build service infrastructure in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 goals.

Similarly, in Uzbekistan, Envision Energy will set up manufacturing capacity for concrete towers and blades while implementing comprehensive service solutions to support ACWA Power’s local content and clean energy objectives. Both companies will also explore joint business development opportunities in China, extending their cooperation into one of the world’s most dynamic renewable energy markets.
