Tier 1 PV module manufacturer DMEGC Solar has received the latest IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 certifications from TÜV SÜD for its new generation of ultra-high-power module products. The certification covers the company’s Infinity G12RT-B66 series, which combines advanced design and materials to deliver exceptional performance and reliability for both utility-scale and rooftop applications.
The G12RT-B66 module, featuring dimensions of 2382mm x 1134mm, utilizes DMEGC’s innovative Cemented Joint (CJ) technology — the first of its kind in the PV industry. By using Butyl Sealant as the encapsulant between the cells and frame, the module achieves superior mechanical stability and power output. TÜV SÜD’s certification confirms the module’s maximum power of 655W, while its mass production version has reached 635W, ranking fifth in the October TaiyangNews Top Modules List. DMEGC plans to begin mass production at 650W in Q1 2026, further enhancing its system-level performance and cost efficiency.
The CJ technology is compatible with popular cell architectures such as BC, multi-cutting, and full-screen, paving the way for future innovations. DMEGC’s internal testing also demonstrated the CJ modules’ outstanding durability, surpassing conventional designs in extended DH2000 tests. As one of the few manufacturers simultaneously rated Tier 1 by BNEF, S&P, and SMM, DMEGC Solar continues to solidify its position as a global solar technology leader, recently ranked fifth worldwide by Wood Mackenzie.
