Cosmic PV Power Ltd has secured orders worth nearly ₹600 crore from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses for the supply of solar modules, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth trajectory.

The deal represents Cosmic PV’s formal entry into the Independent Power Producer (IPP) segment. Until now, the company primarily served mid-sized EPC firms and select OEMs. The Zetwerk mandate is seen as a turning point, opening the door to larger utility-scale projects. According to the leadership, the order has already triggered increased interest from major IPPs, with several large contracts expected to materialise over the next one to two years.

Chairman Jenish Ghael welcomed the development, attributing the achievement to the team’s sustained efforts and strong customer engagement. He confirmed that dispatches under the Zetwerk order have started and that the company is focused on ensuring timely and seamless delivery. Managing Director Shravan Gupta added that the order reflects Cosmic PV’s capability to meet large-scale supply commitments and demonstrates its preparedness for deeper participation in the utility and IPP markets.

Over the past two years, Cosmic PV has rapidly expanded from a 200 MW module manufacturer to a 3 GW integrated solar module gigafactory. Of this capacity, 1.3 GW is already included in the ALMM list, with the remainder under review. The company recently acquired 60 acres in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, to establish a 4 GW solar cell facility. It has also signed an MoU with Indygreen Technologies to set up a 2 GW lithium-ion battery line for BESS by March 2026, strengthening its position as a vertically integrated clean-energy player.
