BTE Secures Grand Prize with GEN100 Fuel Cell Generator as APGREEN, Energyn, and VINSSEN Lead Category Wins in Production, Storage & Distribution, and Utilization at the World Hydrogen Expo 2025.

The World Hydrogen Expo (WHE) 2025 Organizing Committee officially announced the ten final winners of the prestigious H2 Innovation Award on February 4, coinciding with the opening of this yearโ€™s global hydrogen industry exhibition.

Now in its fifth year, the H2 Innovation Award continues to serve as a landmark platform honoring the most advanced, scalable, and market-ready hydrogen solutions worldwide. Hosted by the WHE Committee and co-organized by the Korea Institute of Science & Technology Evaluation and Planning and the Korea Energy Agency, the program evaluates technologies based on innovation, technical excellence, marketability, and growth potential. The award ceremony was held at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, featuring top hydrogen innovators, policymakers, and technology leaders driving the global shift toward net-zero energy systems.

Award Highlights

A total of ten companies were awarded across three core hydrogen value chain segmentsโ€”production, storage & distribution, and utilization. After a rigorous evaluation, BTE secured the Grand Prize for its groundbreaking Hydrogen Fuel Cell Generator (GEN100).
