REC Limited, a Government of India enterprise, has announced a change in its senior management, one level below the Board of Directors, with effect from January 1, 2026.
Shri Narendra Kumar Maurya has ceased to hold the position of Executive Director of the company upon superannuation. The company confirmed that there are no disclosed relationships between directors related to this change.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. REC Limited has informed both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE about the update.
The company thanked Shri Maurya for his contributions during his tenure and reaffirmed its commitment to strong governance and smooth management transitions.
