Bharat Renewable Expo (BRE) 2026, scheduled to be held from 16–18 January 2026 at VT Road Grounds, Jaipur, Rajasthan, has emerged as a defining platform in India’s renewable energy landscape at a time when clean energy is central to national development and energy security. Anchored in policy alignment and institutional leadership, the Expo has achieved a significant milestone by securing unprecedented support from key government institutions across India’s clean energy ecosystem.

BRE 2026 is the only renewable energy exhibition in India to receive formal support from multiple major government bodies, reinforcing its credibility, national relevance, and policy alignment. This distinction comes as India accelerates renewable energy deployment, grid modernisation, and domestic manufacturing to meet long-term climate and energy goals.

The institutional support for Bharat Renewable Expo 2026 spans the core pillars of India’s power and renewable energy framework. Supporting institutions include the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), the Ministry of Power, the Government of Rajasthan, Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL), the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), and multiple state Distribution Companies (DISCOMs). Collectively, these bodies represent policy formulation, project implementation, procurement, and grid operations—making the breadth of support both rare and consequential.

This level of backing goes beyond symbolic endorsement. It reflects institutional trust and intent, assuring exhibitors, developers, investors, and international participants that engagement at BRE is aligned with national and state clean energy priorities. The platform enables direct and structured dialogue with public-sector stakeholders, increasing the likelihood that discussions translate into real-world project outcomes and partnerships.

The support also reflects BRE’s alignment with India’s flagship clean energy missions, including grid-scale and decentralised renewable deployment, rooftop solar expansion, energy storage integration, grid resilience, domestic manufacturing, and clean energy investment mobilisation. By bringing together government institutions, industry leaders, investors, technology providers, academia, and utilities, BRE functions as a bridge between policy intent and on-ground execution.

Hosting the Expo in Jaipur, Rajasthan, further strengthens its national positioning. Rajasthan is one of India’s leading renewable energy states, characterised by high solar and wind potential, an active project pipeline, progressive policy frameworks, and strong implementation agencies. The state’s involvement reinforces BRE’s role as a national platform with regional execution depth.

Designed as more than a trade exhibition, Bharat Renewable Expo 2026 integrates sector-focused showcases across solar energy, energy storage, electric mobility, and electrical infrastructure, alongside policy forums, investor–developer engagements, academic collaborations, and skill-development initiatives.

In an increasingly crowded events landscape, institutional credibility has become a critical differentiator. The support extended to Bharat Renewable Expo 2026 establishes it as India’s most institutionally supported renewable energy exhibition, aligned with the country’s long-term clean energy transition.

Bharat Renewable Expo 2026 will take place from 16–18 January 2026 at VT Road Grounds, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
