Zambia Partners With UAE For 300 MW Solar Project To Boost Energy Security And Economic Growth

The government of Zambia has taken a significant step toward strengthening its energy sector by partnering with the United Arab Emirates to develop a large-scale solar power project. A high-level delegation from the UAE recently visited Zambia to finalize an agreement for a 300-megawatt solar plant, marking an important milestone in the country’s ongoing transition toward renewable energy.
