EnergyLIB, a home energy brand dedicated entirely to residential needs, has officially entered the Australian market with the launch of its first home battery system โ the EnergyLIB HomeStack and the EnergyLIB Inverter. The brandโs focus is to help Australians confidently generate, store, and use their own solar energy in a way that feels simple, reliable, and suited to everyday living.
Unlike many systems adapted from commercial or industrial technologies, EnergyLIB has been built from the ground up specifically for households. Guided by its philosophy of โEnergy for the home,โ every detail โ from product design to daily functionality โ is tailored to enhance the home environment rather than add complexity.
According to Leo Li, Chief Marketing Officer at EnergyLIB, the company aims to offer Australians a home battery solution that feels natural within their living space. He highlighted that homes have different energy needs, and the product range is designed to support scenarios such as EV charging, renovations, or growing families. The goal is to provide capacity options that allow households to choose the right size from the beginning.
EnergyLIBโs entry comes at a time when Australia is undergoing a major energy transition. Households are experiencing some of the highest levels of price volatility in the world, with electricity costs rising significantly faster than inflation โ 27% above the consumer price index between 2023 and 2025, and a total increase of 206% since 2000. This has placed increasing financial pressure on families and made home energy solutions more essential than ever.
The EnergyLIB HomeStack and the EnergyLIB Inverter are designed to fit comfortably within the home environment. With a minimal, clean design and noise levels below 25 dB, the system blends naturally into household spaces. Features such as softened edges, subtle indicator lighting, and a quiet presence ensure the products align with the look and feel of modern homes.
The systemโs modular design allows it to adapt to different household sizes, layouts, and energy usage patterns. Built on a stackable, plug-and-play architecture, the HomeStack includes a self-levelling base to ensure stable installation even on uneven surfaces. Homeowners can choose between 16 kWh, 32 kWh, and 48 kWh capacities, making it easy to select a configuration that fits their specific energy needs.
Built to deliver long-term value, the EnergyLIB HomeStack is designed for up to 22 years of daily use and offers 100% depth of discharge, allowing households to access the full capacity each day. Safety has also been prioritised, with multiple layers of protection, continuous cell-level monitoring, and pack-level fault isolation. The system can identify and isolate issues within one millisecond, adding a strong layer of protection for families.
The EnergyLIB HomeStack and EnergyLIB Inverter are now available through selected authorised partners, including distributor Autra Batteries Australia. As part of a limited-time launch offer, packages start from $4,999 when the HomeStack is purchased together with the Inverter. This promotional pricing is available until 30 April 2026.
