Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) and its subsidiaries have secured new orders worth approximately ₹4,439 crore in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) segment, the company announced.
The contracts include a 400 kV transmission line and associated substations project in Africa, multiple transmission line projects in India, and a substation project in Sweden, reflecting KPIL’s expanding global footprint in the T&D sector.
Commenting on the development, Manish Mohnot, Managing Director and CEO of KPIL, said the company is witnessing strong momentum in the power T&D space, driven by growing investments linked to the global energy transition. He added that the latest wins highlight KPIL’s ability to leverage its integrated EPC capabilities to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects.
With these new orders, KPIL has surpassed its annual order intake target of ₹26,000 crore for FY26. The company noted that its T&D business accounts for nearly 50% of year-to-date inflows, while its Buildings and Factories (B&F) segment contributes around 40%, underlining robust growth across its core business verticals.
The development reinforces KPIL’s position as a key player in the global T&D market, supporting infrastructure expansion and grid development across multiple geographies.
