LONGi has expanded its high-efficiency module portfolio with the introduction of the Hi-MO 9 HydroClear, designed to address real-world operational challenges while delivering superior energy output and long-term reliability. Engineered for both utility-scale and distributed solar applications, the module combines advanced cell architecture with intelligent design innovations to optimize performance across varied environmental conditions.

The Hi-MO 9 HydroClear achieves a maximum module efficiency of up to 24.8%, supported by LONGi’s advanced Back Contact (BC) cell technology and TaiRay wafer integration. This combination enables improved power conversion efficiency, reduced resistive losses, and stable performance even under high-temperature operating conditions. With a power output range of 635W to 670W, the module is optimized to deliver higher energy density, making it ideal for projects where maximizing output within limited space is critical.

A key differentiator of the Hi-MO 9 HydroClear is its innovative Ultra Anti-Dust design, which addresses one of the most significant operational challenges in solar installations, particularly in arid and high-dust regions. The module’s design minimizes dust accumulation on the surface, resulting in an average monthly power generation increase of over 2%. Additionally, this feature contributes to over 30% reduction in cleaning and maintenance frequency, significantly lowering operational expenditure (OPEX) and enhancing overall system efficiency.

Durability and resilience are central to the Hi-MO 9 HydroClear design. The module features a robust dual-glass structure (2.0mm + 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass) and an anodized aluminum alloy frame, ensuring long-term performance in harsh environments. It can withstand mechanical loads of up to 5400Pa on the front side and 2400Pa on the rear side, along with resistance to hail impact, making it suitable for deployment in demanding climatic conditions.

In terms of lifecycle performance, the module demonstrates less than 1% degradation in the first year and a low annual degradation rate of 0.35% from year 2 to 30, backed by a 30-year linear power output warranty. These characteristics ensure sustained energy generation and improved return on investment over the system’s lifespan.

With a maximum system voltage of 1500V DC, high bifaciality of up to 75% ±5%, and compliance with international IEC and UL standards, the Hi-MO 9 HydroClear reflects LONGi’s commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solar solutions.
