Roofsol Energy has reported a year of strong financial and operational growth for FY 2025–26, marked by significant fundraising, portfolio expansion, and revenue acceleration across its clean energy business.
The company announced that it successfully closed its first round of equity funding during the year and secured over ₹332 crore in growth capital to support its expansion plans.
On the financial front, Roofsol Energy reported more than 50% revenue growth and over 75% increase in profit, reflecting strong demand for its clean energy solutions and execution capabilities in the sector.
Operationally, the company expanded its commercial and industrial (C&I) independent power producer (IPP) and OPEX portfolio to 125 MWp. It also strengthened its workforce, growing to a team of more than 270 professionals.
The company stated that these milestones reflect its focus on building a scalable and future-ready clean energy platform aligned with India’s accelerating renewable energy transition.
Roofsol Energy added that it remains committed to expanding its presence in the solar sector and supporting businesses in adopting sustainable energy solutions as part of the country’s broader decarbonization goals.
