Mitarsh Energy has secured a major contract from NTPC Green Energy for the operation and maintenance of 540 MW of grid-connected solar projects in Rajasthan. The agreement will run for three years and comes after a competitive tender process that began in December 2025.

The contract covers a 300 MW solar plant in Nokhra and two projects in Devikot with capacities of 150 MW and 90 MW. Under this deal, Mitarsh Energy will handle daily operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, and deployment of skilled manpower. The company will also take care of module cleaning, transmission line upkeep, safety practices, and regular performance reporting.

Power from these projects will be transmitted at 220 kV to substations operated by Power Grid Corporation of India, ensuring smooth evacuation of electricity. The focus on efficiency and reliable operations is expected to support stable power generation from these solar plants.

This contract strengthens Mitarsh Energyโ€™s position in the renewable sector. The award also reflects NTPCโ€™s ongoing efforts to improve efficiency through competitive bidding and professional maintenance services.
