Boviet Solar has supplied high-performance photovoltaic modules for the Dundas Community Solar Garden, a 6.6 MWDC (approximately 5.0 MWAC) solar project located in Dundas, Rice County, Minnesota, United States.
The project was developed and is owned by Nautilus Solar Energy and operates under the Xcel Energy community solar program. It enables local households, businesses, and organisations to subscribe to shared solar power and receive utility bill credits, expanding access to clean energy across the region.
The Dundas Community Solar Garden supports Minnesota’s ongoing transition toward a more diversified and sustainable energy mix by promoting distributed solar generation. The model allows customers who cannot install rooftop solar systems to still benefit from renewable electricity generated locally.
Boviet Solar stated that its high-efficiency PV modules are engineered for strong energy yield, long-term durability, and reliable performance under varying environmental conditions. The company highlighted that its technology supports developers in delivering stable generation output and improved asset value over the project lifecycle.
The project reflects the continued expansion of community solar development in the United States, particularly in markets like Minnesota where state-level programs are enabling wider participation in renewable energy adoption.
