ACME Solar Subsidiary Secures ICRA-AA-(Stable) Rating For ₹1,253 Crore Credit Facilities

ACME Solar Holdings Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) about a new credit rating assigned to its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Heergarh Powertech Private Limited. The disclosure was made through an official communication dated June 18, 2026.

According to the filing, the credit rating agency ICRA Limited has assigned a long-term credit rating of [ICRA]AA-(Stable) to the subsidiary, reflecting a stable outlook on its financial position and debt obligations. The rating covers a total amount of ₹1,253 crore across different credit facilities.

The largest portion of the rated facilities is a long-term fund-based term loan of ₹1,224 crore, which has been assigned a rating of [ICRA]AA-(Stable). In addition, ICRA has given the same rating to the company’s long-term non-fund-based Credit Exposure Limit/Loan Equivalent Risk Limits (CELA) amounting to ₹29 crore.

The company stated that the detailed rating rationale issued by ICRA is available on the rating agency’s official website for public access. The rating indicates a strong degree of safety regarding the timely servicing of financial obligations and reflects confidence in the subsidiary’s operational and financial profile.

The disclosure was signed by Rajesh Sodhi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of ACME Solar Holdings Limited. The company also clarified that the information was shared voluntarily and should not be considered a mandatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The latest rating assignment is seen as a positive development for ACME Heergarh Powertech Private Limited, highlighting financial stability and strengthening investor confidence in the company’s long-term business operations and creditworthiness.
