Waaree Energies Limited has reported a senior management change following the resignation of its Chief Procurement Officer, Mr. Sanjeev Pushkarna, as per a regulatory filing submitted to stock exchanges.
The company disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, confirming that Mr. Pushkarna stepped down from his role with effect from the close of business hours on June 19, 2026.
According to the filing, the resignation was voluntarily tendered by Mr. Pushkarna and is part of an ongoing update in the company’s senior leadership structure.
Waaree Energies also stated that all necessary disclosures in compliance with SEBI regulations, including the circular dated November 11, 2024, have been duly submitted. The company further confirmed that the disclosure has been made available on its official website.
