GB Solar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has commissioned a 2 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Karjan, Gujarat, marking a significant expansion of its domestic manufacturing capabilities and reinforcing its commitment to supporting India’s clean energy transition.
The newly operational facility is designed to strengthen the company’s solar module production capacity while contributing to the country’s efforts to enhance self-reliance in renewable energy manufacturing. Equipped with advanced manufacturing infrastructure, the plant aims to deliver high-quality solar modules for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial applications.
GB Solar Technologies stated that the commissioning of the facility reflects its focus on innovation, quality, and indigenous manufacturing.
