Mufin Green Finance Limited has announced the successful allotment of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) through a private placement. The company disclosed the development to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. As part of the private placement, Mufin Green Finance allotted 55,000 secured non-convertible debentures with a face value of ₹10,000 each. The total size of the issue stands at ₹55 crore. The allotment was completed on July 21, 2026, and the company has proposed to list the debentures on BSE Limited, enabling trading of the securities after the listing process is completed.

According to the disclosure, the debentures have a tenure of 15 months and will mature on October 21, 2027. Investors will receive a fixed coupon rate of 10.00% per annum throughout the tenure of the instrument. Interest payments will be made on a monthly basis, providing regular income to investors. The principal amount will be repaid in full on the maturity date, in line with the terms of the issue.

The company has stated that the debentures are secured through the creation of a charge over its assets. The security for the issue consists of the hypothecation of receivables and book debts, which provides protection for investors in the event of any financial obligations arising under the debentures.

Mufin Green Finance also confirmed that no special rights, privileges, or additional interests have been attached to the debentures beyond the terms specified in the issue documents. The company further stated that there have been no delays or defaults in the payment of either interest or principal in relation to its debt obligations.

The corporate filing highlighted that the issuance forms part of the company’s financing strategy through debt capital markets. By raising ₹55 crore through the private placement route, Mufin Green Finance aims to strengthen its financial resources while providing investors with a fixed-income investment option backed by secured assets. The disclosure was authorized and signed by Company Secretary Mayank Pratap Singh from the company’s registered office in Delhi.
