Waaree Energies Limited has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Waaree Solar Americas, has secured an order to supply 125 MW of high-efficiency Heterojunction Technology (HJT) solar modules to an international customer engaged in the ownership and management of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The order was received on July 21, 2026, according to the company’s regulatory filing.
Under the agreement, Waaree Solar Americas will supply its advanced HJT solar modules, reinforcing the company’s presence in the global utility-scale solar market. The customer has not been identified in the filing.
The company stated that the contract has been awarded by an international entity and is a one-time order for the supply of solar modules during FY 2026-27.
Waaree Energies also confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
