Under the agreement, Waaree Solar Americas will supply its advanced HJT solar modules, reinforcing the company’s presence in the global utility-scale solar market. The customer has not been identified in the filing.

The company stated that the contract has been awarded by an international entity and is a one-time order for the supply of solar modules during FY 2026-27.

Waaree Energies also confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.

The announcement was made through a regulatory disclosure submitted to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
