Mufin Green Finance Raises INR 50 Crore Through Secured NCD Issue

Mufin Green Finance Limited has raised Rs 50 crore through the issue and allotment of secured, rated, listed and redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The latest allotment follows an earlier disclosure made by the company on July 31, 2026. Under the transaction, Mufin Green Finance has allotted 50,000 NCDs, each carrying a face value of Rs 10,000. The total value of the issue is Rs 50 crore. The company has stated that the NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited.

The debt securities have a tenure of 15 months from the date of allotment. The NCDs were allotted on August 7, 2026, and are scheduled to mature on November 7, 2027. The instruments carry a coupon rate of 11% per annum, with interest payable on a monthly basis.

The principal repayment will be made in two stages during the final period of the instrument. According to the company, repayment of the principal is scheduled for the 14th and 15th months from the date of allotment.

The NCDs are secured through a charge created over the company’s assets. The security includes the hypothecation of receivables and book debts, providing backing for the debt raised through the private placement.

Mufin Green Finance also confirmed that the NCDs do not carry any special rights, privileges or interests. The company stated that there have been no delays or defaults in the payment of interest or principal related to the securities. It also confirmed that there are no comment letters concerning security creation or non-payment.

The formal communication was issued from the company’s Delhi office and was signed by Company Secretary Mayank Pratap Singh.

The Rs 50 crore fundraising strengthens Mufin Green Finance’s access to structured debt financing and provides additional capital through the domestic debt market. The secured nature of the issuance and proposed listing of the NCDs mark another step in the company’s ongoing efforts to raise funds through organized financial instruments.
