ReNew Energy Global Plc has reported an increase in revenue, net profit and Adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter of FY27, supported by growth across its renewable energy and solar manufacturing businesses.
The company’s total income stood at INR 47,864 million (US$506 million) in Q1 FY27, compared with INR 41,182 million in Q1 FY26. Net profit increased to INR 5,953 million (US$63 million) from INR 5,131 million, while Adjusted EBITDA rose to INR 30,392 million (US$321 million) from INR 27,220 million.
As of June 30, 2026, ReNew’s portfolio stood at approximately 20.5 GW, including 1.7 GW/6.2 GWh of BESS. Its commissioned capacity increased 17% year-on-year to approximately 13.1 GW. Following the subsequent commissioning of 466 MW of solar capacity, commissioned capacity reached approximately 13.5 GW, net of 100 MW divested under its capital recycling strategy.
ReNew’s solar module and cell manufacturing operations generated INR 16,777 million in external sales during Q1 FY27, compared with INR 13,223 million a year earlier. The company currently has 6.4 GW of module and 2.5 GW of cell manufacturing capacity, with an additional 4 GW of cell capacity expected to become operational by December 2026.
For FY27, ReNew maintained its guidance to complete construction of 1.6–2.4 GW of capacity. It expects Adjusted EBITDA of INR 103–109 billion and Cash Flow to Equity of INR 18–22 billion.
